Tea? (Part 1)

Have just had mug of hot spiced tea. It was delicious. Could do with another!

Has anyone else noticed a slightly altered sense of reality after drinking from LotTPs tea pot?

I am talking increased colour perception, i.e. colours look more vivid, inanimate objects seem to spring to life, normal everyday events seem to be totally surreal and hilariously funny, that kind of thing. Or is it just me?

Yes, events do seem to be taking a very surreal turn. Yesterday afternoon, someone from the local council visited where I work as a Voluteer. He was looking for some stairs or a stair case. I pointed him in the direction of the staircase, but he returned seconds later, saying that was not the one he was looking for. I have been going there for a year now, and explained that I thought that was the only ones we had. He was quite sure that we had some more stairs or staircases and so we proceeded to look for them. At that time, my "boss" was taking a break and walking her dog in the park next to building, so I told him to look out for someone walking a black terrier. (I could not remember the colour of her coat, not the dog's, the owner's) He could not find her, so we resumed the search. We guessed that any sensible stair case would start on the ground floor, so that is where we started our thorough search.

It turned out, when my boss returned, she explained that the staircase was under the tables where the visitors computers are. Apparently, because it is under the tables, it is easy to overlook. If you are very clever, you might be able to tell me why this additional stair case is there?

What, still no one visits for a cuppa?

I've been here all on my own all day. I've washed up, including the biccy tins, because they had lots of crumbs in them. I have tidied up the mugs, been out to fetch milk, and biskits, then out again to fetch tea and more biskits (after I scoffed the first lot).

LOTP must be very, very Busy with something Very Important (as Winnie the Pooh said)

Peeps might pop in later for a cuppa before bed, I wonder if I should join them.

Oh I can hear someone approaching, I will hide behind this door, wait til I find out who it is and give them a big surprise.
