Tar very much, I eat puns like that for dinner and still come back for rafters!

Roofers tea is the same as builders tea, sorry no mystery.
Hot tea on a roof is not all that possible as the mugs tend to either get flies and bits in or slide off roofs endangering the public below.
Worse still you have to get a new mug and a fresh brew each time this happens.

Going on a roof to enjoy the view, with a cup of tea is very different and you'r usual choice will apply.
