I've got some nice pork escalopes with apple on the go. To have with some creamy mash, carrots, brussels & purple-sprouting broccoli for the evening meal. Want some?

Or, at my house, roast chicken, roast potatoes and carrots.
Followed by mango and strawberries, accompanied by a glass or three of Organic Vino Blanco, a very boring name for an excellent wine.

Wafflycat, this is the only time this week that I am having roast potatoes.

Just reading back a page I am greatly amused that Chuffy is storing seeds for winter in Feb. This is either a sign of global warming or incredibly forward thinking.
