Brekkie for me has been a bananananananananana with a slice of wholemeal bread. Yummy.

I am requiring of a kick up my ample rear. I should go out on the bike this morning, but I'm having a 'can't give a stuff' morning. Please feel free to kick me up my lazy rear end.

Nothing wrong with your rear end. I've seen it. As you know. A male bottom with some meat on it is much better than a bony one.
