Let's hope that helps.
Often things seem to hurt if you've not moved them in a while, but once you've been up and about for a bit the pain eases off. Not sure how that works TBH. I mean, if it was a door hinge or something you'd oil it.

Arch, I went into a local shop yesterday for some proper cheese and yoghurts, and ended up talking to the owner of the shop about how to make knitted waistcoats for Gromit. She has about four Gromits in the shop, all in different outfits. She explained how to measure up and how to add in the sleeves etc. Some of my teddy bears would like waistcoats, so now I know how to do it.

I am also thinking about going to York after the Cycle Show in May. So far two places I have found on the Internet are Lady Anne Middletons Hotel, on Skeldegate or the Blue Bridge Hotel. Do you know either of them? I am looking for somewhere near the City Centre, and will be arriving by train (would probably take a taxi from the Station to the hotel).

My original plan was to go to Edinburgh, but I think I might do that another time.

I think Arch may be at work today. She's being a bit...intermittent.

From what I remember (from when I was 14-ish) York's a nice place - the railway museum, the old walled town etc, and if it's got a Uni, there should be loads of bars, cafes and other stuff to distract students from studying, the workshy little scroungers.

Look, I'm joking, Arch, OK? Put the riding crop down!

Have some tea. And a quick hug, if you like? That's both of you, you slipped in without me noticing, Speichy!

@ Landers,
I'd recommend some ice on there, and maybe an ibuprofen every so often. They're anti inflammatory, so they'll help get it better, not just mask the pain.
*gets pack of frozen peas*
Get those on there, and I hope it's better soon.

Not tried them. What are they like? Anzac biskits, that is, I'm familiar with STP. And microwaves, for that matter.

Can I have a cuppa?

I'm here in Copenhagen airport for the next 90mins or so as I have to get a connection to Helsinki. I need something to wash down the maple pecan I've ate.

I'll bring you all back an Elk.
