OK, hoovering done, just got to tidy up a little. Then I can fettle the bike a bit more. Front indexing's all over the shop, and the saddles too low.
*makes quick Earl Grey*

Mornin' All,

I'm going to have to buy some iron bru on my way back from LBS.
Almost finished the cr*p MTB for my friend and I can get on with the trike, two more chain links and it should be perfect!
Is it just me or are those v-brakes with the noodle and boot assembly a b*gger to set up? I know where I am with center pull and cantilevers.

TTFN tea upon my safe return!

Well, Doctor Who was a bit weird. Catherine Tate was nowhere near as bad as I expected, the plot was...OK, but, and here's the thing...
What is going on with Rose? How did she get back? Did she really fade away as she walked off?
It's all a bit...odd.

Well, I'm in a foul mood. Spent the day doing acres of laundry. Then cooking. Roasted a chicken, did all the trimmings, and then an oaty pineapple crumble. Tasty, but I'd rather have been out on me bike..

oh dear, commiserations, Bottlemsher. Are you strong enough to hold a mug of Tea? (BTW how did you get your forum name)

Waffleycat in not a good mood, The Doctor in puzzlement over someone fading away? I wish I could fade away a bit.:blush: Managed a two and a bit mile walk today, and a hot chocolate.

Perhaps I should make everyone a cup of Tea? Have we got lots of biscuits or a big box of choclits?

I went kayaking today. First time ever. I am now very, very tired and something nasty has happened inside my right forearm, just above the wrist. Holding my mug of tea was actually quite uncomfortable. Baggy is up north fondling brotherly babies and the cat lacks opposable thumbs, so I'm a bit stuffed really.

Chuffers, might I suggest a long straw?

This is what I used when I broke my hand.

Evenin' all, tea?
Tea would be most acceptable, ta.
Funny, when I broke my wrist many years ago in a hilarious drunken D&D accident I suddenly became ambidextrous. For a limited range of activities...
