*passes enormous mug of tea and stirs fire into life*

At least you'll be waterproof in patches, and won't rot even if you stand in the garden for a year...

*takes tea*

OOH thanks!

*spills most of it through shivering*

Sorry - I'll get a cloth & clean up the spill...

*shivers even more*

My timbers may shiver but they won't rot.

We must have different weather out here, the wilds of west Worcestershire. It was warm and sunny, warm enough in east Herefordshire to sit outside at 4pm having tea and cake, :smile:coffee and walnut:biggrin:. (and return via Gloucestershire).

I thought it was quite pleasant out there. Got a late cycle in at 5pm but it's getting a bit chilly now. Tea is definitely needed.

After all the upheaval/abuse/accusations etc. going on in Soapbox I think I need a pot all to myself!

My first full day of internet access for months witnessed a fair few fisticuffs almost over there! I knew that I should stay this side of Soapbox and not go in, but I was a tad furious er, curious!

I suggest you have a quiet evening in here with us at Tea? The occasional stale biscuit may be lobbed at the bin from the sofa, but other wise we all behave (most of the time) with decorum.

(Except for when we were playing Twister, and everyone fell over themselves).

However, sometimes Decorum is away for the week.
