Yes, I've been across it. Not easy because a comparative shorty like me cannot reach both handrails at once. If you walk to one side holding the handrail, the bridge tilts. So you have to walk in the middle really, and keep going.

I had thought about putting this in as a topic not on Tea? but I thought only Wafflycat would reply. Did not expect it to generate a thread on scary bridges. Perhaps I should start one, bearing in mind the thread that included comments about Tea? consuming topics?

I have a tent for some illict camping near reading then possible the themes path into the city.
I hate birthdays I dont want this age thing In A couple of years I have no excuse for my inability to cope.

I hear ya Miloat, I've avoided Birthdays since I turned 30, felt very pressurised to celebrate year in year out and still don't see the point. I'll be hiding in Ireland for mine this year.

If you're up for it I'll come and meet you for a belated BD drink next week?
