Of an evening, I will partake of 'Russian Caravan' tea. My current lot is from Fortum & Masons..

Yes,please I am in much need of tea, thank you. I was prodded and poked mightily by the physiotherapist today. 
The referred pain from my spine goes into my bum. 
Over the past two weeks I have suffered hideously with side effects from the pain killers. Stopped taking them a week ago, apparently you have to reduce the dose slowly, (which I did) and I am still getting horrendous side effects, will spare peeps the gory details. I am now trying a homeopathic remedy, to alleviate some of the side effects. We have a very good chemist, and as he stocks them, I asked his advice. I would just like to try and begin to return to normal.
Someone also suggested Ginger Biskits as a remedy, I quite like that idea.
