I'm still confuzzled that at the quiz night last night it took me, a non car owning cyclist with no TV to name an ex presenter of Top Gear and rally driver, the answer which then won us the quiz!?

Well, she was last here earlier in the week, and in another place on Wednesday, so...I dunno, maybe she's got better and more important things to do than hang out with reprobates like us?

Fantastic! The bloody wiper motor on the Kangoo has packed up. AA bloke says it's getting power but no action.
As Mrs. tdr1nka needs the van this weekend I'm gonna see if I can get it going again, I'll wager the brushes have burnt out, might be time for a ghetto fix and to save £50 on a s/h motor plus all the linkages which we don't really need.

Could you employ a baby elephant to sit on the roof and wipe the windscreen with a squeegy held in its trunk? They are very versatile in the car valeting sector...

Hi guys.

I'm not feeling myself (or anyone else for that matter). I'm decidedly off-colour, having a nasty cold-type bug for over a week now. The sniffles are pretty much gone but the cough/sore throat is still here & I'm not sleeping well at all. So I'm not my usual overpowering bouncy self.

Hens still laying eggs. Cats still catching mice.
