Some slight nutter was doing semi-illegal u turn in rush hour (which didn't quite work out with the long line of traffic in the other direction) which meant I had a car blocking the road in front of me and I just instinctively went for the brakes without thinking. It was a 45 degree turn and the back twisted round with me dragging it along hehe. I think the rucksack and posterior must have hit first but both arms managed to get mangled a bit. There's hole in my macintosh now!

hehe. the grazed bit didn't show up so well.

Man, you're going to know that graze is there everytime you rest your elbows on a table or summink:eek:!

I hate injuries you can't see and you then forget are there until you try and do something 'everyday' without thinking.

Owww, that looks like it is going to be sore for a while.

I spent the rainy bit under my trailer fixing the brakes having spent the dry period in the house making keys for the doors.

Wow, big chunk of your elbow spread across the road. Unlucky.

The roads were horribly greasy here on the way home, I was cornering much slower than normal to avoid an injury like yours.

Tea would be splendid thankyou

*passes can of Stella to Marinyork* medicinal purposes of course ;). If you're lucky TheDoctor might pass you some, ahem, fermented grape juice.

Just been to do some hill training. Either it's the smell of blood or this 'ere training thing works, seemed to have unnatural amounts of power in near top gear up those hills (well for me hehe).
