Evenings!
Just had a rather healthy ceasar ssalad, with a tiger role (luvverly) and some mature cheddar (luvverlier still). With the usual glass of juice of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.

@ Waffles - did you go along the wiggly up-and-downy road to Barton le Clay? There's a great tea shop in Hexton, used as a control on the Stevenage Circular audax. Excellent cakes. Although I bet they're not a patch on home made battenberg.

I would like to try to make some of those coconut pyramid thingies, but without using rice paper. Do you know if that is possible Waffles, with your bakery skills?

The ones I can buy at the baker's are very very sweet, and not very coconutty at all.

I've never used rice paper. Just a well-greased bottom and baking parchment.
