I had an Emperors maiden today.:biggrin:

Tasted even better than the Tigers Daydream.

BTW, had a health check today. BP 122/66, haemoglobin level 169, resting heart rate 49bpm and cholesterol of 4.9

However, I am now back down to a 32" waist!!!!!! :biggrin:

They are indeed excellent.:blush:

The docs were pleased although they had to take my heamoglobin reading twice as they thought there was something wrong with the machine as it was so high. :ohmy:
