Sounds good but how's your Finnish?

I have heard that he gets off to a good start, stays ahead of the peleton, but lacks stamina as he approaches the line.

I am still at the stage of calculating the bifurcations, with the aid of Ricards diagramatical aid.

BTW if I disappear unexpectedly, it is not me, it is my internet connection.

Is there an established protocol regarding time between stations?

Is your Ricards calibrated correctly? You'll need a Bazalgette filter to adjust for the gravitational forces of 'water' passing through the pipes adjacent to the line.

As ppl may know, yesterday I visited a cattery to see all their cats.

Lots of gorgeous young cats, two of five months old, one lovely male who wanted lots of fuss and had a very loud purrrrr. However, I know that Leo, now nine years old, will not want to play tag, hide and seek, chase the ping pong ball with a very young cat, and might well box the ears of a cat that thought he should join in.

So, I think it will be a black cat, two years old, just been spayed, very friendly. She was a stray living in an Industrial Estate. Now names:
Spot will not be appropriate for such an elegant cat. So I am trying to think of the names of females in the various Star Trek series.

Seven of Nine?
Kes, no not really
B'Lana ????
Beverley - no
Tasha - a deffinite maybe
Ceska - no she double-crossed Chikote (one of my favourites)
Guyana (Whoopi Goldberg) not sure

Can you think of any other possibilites please.
What is the name of the second in command in Enterprise?
This might well test your memory skills on a Monday morning.

The Whoopi Goldberg character is "Guinan"

How about "Vash" or "K'Ehleyr" or "Jadzia" or "B'Elanna" or "Uhura" or "Hoshi" ?

How do you pronounce phonetically the second one? Jadzia, that might be another possible. Thank you, more welcome if you can think of them.

btw I am ussually good at speelling, but obviously not in Star Trek nomenclature.

IIRC "K'Ehleyr" is pronounced Kay-lear. She was Worf's squeeze and a tough cookie having had a tough life being part-human, part-Klingon

Edit.. May have been 'Kay-laar'

*must go off & check trekkie trivia...*
