Good morning all. Had a fun time last night swapping out frames on my bike. The (soon to be replaced BB had completely disintegrated on one side and so I decided to use the spare frame. Good fun apart from the numerous puncture marks in my hands from the cables and one nasty bash to my knuckles. I need tea. Pot is on and stewing nicely if there are any takers.
