Morning all! I had a lovely lie-in this morning. Means The Laydeez get a late breakfast though..

LOL! It is indeed. Mr WC duly let me sleep on as yesterday afternoon & evening I was decidedly off-colour due to my consumption of mushrooms the previous evening. I am fine this morning. Hurrah! The Laydeez have just been supplied with food & water, henhouse cleaned of the stuff that goes straight on the compost heap and in return I found they provided another ovoid treasure each. They are real troopers, but part of me wishes they had a longer period without laying.

Astonishingly my hangover does not seem to have happened.
I can't help but notice that Chuffy isn't up yet though...

Am about to indulge in a bucket of tea and may venture out for a pootle.

Got up late, stayed up late last night to finish reading The Time Traveller's Wife. It was cold in my bedroom at 3am without the heating off.

The time part was easy. The love story was really touching. Realising what was going to happen was sad.

Oh dear. Mr WC's laptop has decided to go the way of the Blue Screen Of Death...

Mr WC is not a happy bunny...

Try entering the BIOS and decreasing the UDMA number for the Hard Drive. It's a long shot but it just might work. Other than that try and get the hex number from the screen and see what the Microsoft Site says it means. Good luck.

Might find it hard to troubleshoot hardware on a laptop.

Oh MrWC's laptop is covered by a service warranty, so he'll be utilising that rather than fiddling about with it. himself, in any depth.
