Fields in Word. Don't you just hate 'em!?

Such a time-saving tool - until it won't work and then it REALLY ****S UP!

And how does it know to only do this when you've got a client breathing down your neck or a deadline looming???

Yes, tea. Please. And cool wet cloths, darkened rooms etc.

Yes, I am....

;)

Just popped in quickly, off for a coffee in a bit with a mate who's emigrating to Austria, then back to the department for a lecture on an Iron Age brain...

Austria, lovely for holidays, Arch. Good food, lovely people, fantastic scenery, excellent public transport, I expect he (or she) told you all about that.

Yeah, he and his girlfriend obviously like it.

She plays.. the violin, I think, and is a teacher. Apparently, the deputy head saw here with the violin and said "well, now, of course, that's something you won't be able to do in Austria". They seemed to be under the impression that the Austrians didn't do classical music...;)

Well, the brains were very interesting, and would you believe it, I got the opportunity to show off the fact that I knew the name of the American civil war submarine that sank, having written up a story for Velo Vision about human powered subs, only 2 weeks ago (apparently all the sailors who went down in it also had preserved brains)

I would like someone to put the kettle on. I have walked a very long way (by my standards) - about six miles and lots of ups and more ups on the Malverns. Hot choc at the end. Declined a cake,.

I ate cake
You ate cake
He ate cake
We ate cake
You others ate cake
They ate cake.

Or is it something like
cakeo
cakeas
cakeant
cakeamus
cakeatis
cakeant?

I wish you had eaten the thing now! (May the petit force be with you...)

I expect you have heard about the two language teachers who were attracted to each other, one wanted to conjugate, but the other declined.

ToC was a good'un last night. Couple of nasty crashes though. I got out on a bicycle for the first time in nearly a year. Hurrah! Boy, am I paying for my unfitness though. I ache, but it's a good ache.
