Sounds like fun. I'm trying to figure out if I can risk going on a longish ride without the weather turning VERY bad. The sky is quite brooding at the moment.

I think I will have a pootling around the house day, after my busy week. It is sunny here, but with a strong cold wind.
Angel, I printed off the link you gave to the Raleigh Metro. Funds do not allow for the purchase of a new bike, but I might look out for a second-hand one.

I need to tidy the flat up, it looks like a bomb has hit it.
The Rat is looking very seductive, on the other hand the weather doesn't look too favourable.
So my dilemma is, do the washing up etc, or go out and risk getting soaked?

Yes, definitely a dilemma.
I think I would wash up, and then go out on the bike. Then if you get wet, you can come back, have hot drink, a hot bath, and relax without thinking about washing up. (also means there will be a clean mug for your Tea).
