Morning LotTP - The tea was much appreciated.

Morning Landslide, - It is quite misty in my neck of the woods at the mo although it looks like it will turn into a beautiful day. A real shame as I have a long cycle planned for tomorrow (around 70 miles) and want to keep my legs fresh by doing only a short ride today. Still a good excuse to visit my local tea shop and chat up talk to the owner.

Am I in need of Tea?

Yes.xx(

I have got a phone call and an e-mail to do, both of which will test my skills of diplomacy and tact. My most recent venture into Voluntary work has been less than successful (note the guarded comment). No names, no pack drill. xx(xx(

Thank you flower ;) Lord of the Teapot.

I know I am making the right decision, but even so, telling the relevant people is not easy. I have done the e-mail. That seemed easier than picking up the phone. Now got to do the phone call,. Then it will be nearly lunch time.

Phone call now made. The response to which just confirms my decision is the right one. Isn't it **************** infuriating when people do not listen! ;)

Now time for an early lunch. Then I will be off to my voluntary work at the Pump House. This is much more interesting and lots of nice people.
I get asked involved in all sorts of things like "How to Build Straw Bale Buildings", or "How to build a model turbine/windmill", and of course when it rains frogs, do they fall headfirst or bum first?:laugh:

(I may be gone sometime. Can I take a flask with me?)
Tie the end of your jumper to Post 1 and leave a trail of bread crumbs....

...we'll send a search party if you haven't returned by Wednesday.

What is my jumper isn't big enough, and the yarn runs out? And pigeons eat the crumbs?

I'll take a whistle and flare gun too....
