Oi! This cake is knitted!

Any left?

Thanks, now I have knitted cakes in my head, just what I need, another project!

Have you been watching Kirsty's Homemade Home? She got someone to knit a seaside-themed draft excluder which was lots of toys held together by magnets and you could swap and change various parts. Very clever.

Taking the biscuit
Don't the drafts get in while your playing with it?

Yes, I did see that, by accident (flipping channels, well twiddling, my TV has a dial). Very cute.

I have been shooting this morning. I smell sort of gunpowdery.

That's not fair, you can't go posting things like that, some of us are unattached ladies and might have an attack of the vapours at the very thought! Shooting what?

I do know someone who, when I still had the allotment, brought his sweaters to hang by the bonfire, to absorb the smell of woodsmoke...
