Just got back after eating the baby baa-lamb and drinking some Bodge-o-lay.
That bike is looking pretty good, or goodly pretty, whichever way round you like it.
I look forward to seeing it in the metal.

Morning all!

Kettle's on, and whilst the sun is yet to peek from behind the grey, it's gonna be a hot one in Sheffield!

I discovered this morning that I'll need to take the valley route for commuting for a couple of weeks, but once they've finished a complete re-surfacing of the road, I'll have such a joyous stretch of pristine tarmac to speed down of a morning!(And grovel up of an evening...)

Set for a scorcher down here too.
Once it's cooled off a little this evening I foresee a short ride to a local hostelry
And Yay! for the smooth-riding Landers!

Afternoons!
I have just finished a little light fettling and wheel replacement.
I now have a GT Nomad that appears to be in working order, although I'm keeping a wary eye on the forks.
I might see if I can get them NDTd at work.
Many thanks to ladyrider100, both for the bike and for a well-timed cup of leafy goodness.

Are you trying to copy me . Mine's a Sport though . Good bikes, I really like mine.

Oh, and I read this article and thought of this thread;

Plus, I already have far too many bikes!

:ohmy:xx(

I'm having stoopid ideas... Sheffield to Dunblane by bike... I may need to look at letting the train take the strain for part of it!

Hands Mac66 his tea, with apologies for the wait. I had to pick the tea leaves and everything..

Oh, and I've just started a thread, but need to brag in here too...

This was my computer when I got back at ten to eight last night. Well, dragged myself back really. I contemplated sleeping in the lobby to avoid climbing the two flights of stairs.

Dear god, it hurt. But I done it....xx(

Next time, I'll try and arrange it so that I don't arrive back in York on 85 miles, and have to loop back out again....

There's no feeling quite like getting your first century.
Except possibly having your muscles repeatedly pounded with a baseball bat...
Well done, and make sure you have some Ibuprofen on standby!!!
