I'm a bag in a mug person myself. Alternate cups are strong and weak, since I use each bag twice. I never sink so low as to put the milk in before taking the bag out though.

Well.. this evening's meal was simple but delicious. With some of the many tomatoes grown this year (from seed, hurrah!) I made a fresh tomato sauce for pasta & had it on spaghetti with some fresh parmesan grated on it. It was rather yummy.
