Well, it's been a hot day down here in WafflycatLand. So it's a nice cool salad for dinner this evening. Mind you, a cuppa wouldn't be unwelcome.

It's been luvverly and warm in the environs of DoctorTowers today. Bit cooler than it was around That Bodensee, which is possibly no bad thing. I've all of a sudden become fond of Switzerland. Germany has also gone zooming up in my estimation too. Zeppelins I was already keen on, but it was excellent to see some flying about.
Go to the Bodensee. It's good. I'll lend you a map.

I have visited Lake Constance, very confusing all these places with two names. The Austrian Lake "district" is lovely as well. Sort of St Gilgen, Strobl area, with a lake or two

I've been to Austria a few times, but mostly in the winter. I liked the Danube cycle path though.

I adore Austria. Vienna in the run up to Christmas, with all the different Christmas markets is a joy to the senses.

The Whitby trip is a joke between Mrs T and I. It relates to the day trip I arranged one Sunday. Mrs T couldn't make it so I booked a seat for me, myself and I. Had to walk into the city as I needed to catch the coach early AM. I didn't give myself enough time and I missed the bus!
