Can I have a Horlicks instead? It's getting a bit close to my bed time and I don't like to drink too much tea immediately prior to bed as the caffeine discourages me from sleeping.

How was the holiday Speicher?... couldn't make it in the end- Hastings MG Roadster packed in and I missed the 4.50.
