My GP, a couple of weeks ago, suggested I change my migraine meds from night to morning. After doing the transition phase for a couple of days I completely forgot to take the dose in the morning for a few days running.
I slept better, I have been getting up earlier in the morning, I have been feeling more refreshed and alive, I can think more clearly and my feet don't hurt noticably when walking.
I haven't taken any more of the meds and I have only had one mild headache stopped by a dose of paracetamol and an hour or so asleep.
Hmmm, can I have my job back please?![]()
If you are in less pain when walking, and therefore do more walking, that will probably help. Of course, I mean gentle walking, not climbing Skiddaw ridge before elevenses.

I am on a very low dose of medication that my GP "insists" I keep taking. It should be every day, but I am now taking it every other day. Similar to you, I forgot one day. Might drop down to every three days. I think with some of these meds, it can be a vicious circle with the side-effects they create. I ended up in a dreadful state when taking some of the meds prescribed for back pain. I hope you continue to feel better, NT. As we get warmer weather and longer daylight hours, you might continue to improve.
