Note to self: Whilst preparing a tuna salad for one's healthy low-fat, low-point lunch, slicing one's thumb open and dripping blood on said salad is not a positive addition to flavour and WW does not give a points value for human blood.
There's no need to have a points value for human blood, as long as you only consume your own - there's no nett gain or loss...
Evening all! Gosh, it's got chilly. I'm warm enough outside all day, in teeshirt, fleece and waterproof (ish) coat, and trousers and waterproof trousers, and two pairs of socks and my workboots (and a lot of physical activity), but my fingers were getting cold in damp gloves today, so I must dig out my little woollen ones to go underneath.
Gromit, you'll be pleased to know Beryl has started her winter sulk, running out of juice after a couple of trips out. On the plus side, we found another eclesiastical supplier's catalogue today, so had a fun lunchtime giggling over chausables and communion wine shot glasses and models-trying-to-look-like-priests - one of them bore an uncanny resemblence to St Tony of Blair....
Now, what to do for dinner. I have some mince out defrosted and my leftover stewed red cabbage and apple. It's unorthodox, but I might just do a spag bol replacing the tomato with the cabbage mix.
