:hello:
Just trimmed the wire bead off an old 36" x 2 1/4" bike tyre. That was a long way round with the Stanley knife, don't fancy cutting the side wall off with scissors, it is 4 ply.:surrender:
36" tyre? What's that from, a penny? That'll make 3 or four belts, I'm guessing.

I has had fizz, with olives and nibbly things.
Then leek, potato and smoked salmon soup with white Burgundy.
Then chicken thighs stuffed with Toulouse sausage, with roasted veg and roast potatoes, and a southern French red.
Then orange jellys with lemon sorbet and a blueberry and rasberry compote, with Tokay.
And finally a small glass of Islay single malt.

I may possibly have a slightly slow start in the morning...

Morning lazy beggers

Ham + Cheese + finely diced onions + 50/50 bread toasted = breakfast :hungry:
Cheese on toast anyone? and a nice fresh coffee :cuppa:

Mmmmm...

I only have tea so far, but I have a distant recollection of Someone buying bacon yesterday. I think we're still digesting the curry, like boa constrictors who've swallowed goats.

Raining here, so not much incentive to ride out to a carboot sale we had an eye on. Also, we don't really NEED anything.

Might just manage to slither out for a potter round later...

Spandex's latest bike. It will do two belts as we are looking at 48" of tyre tread to make a belt with ample for the larger waistline.

I have lost 8-9lbs since my pre Christmas weight.:highfive:

Now where's that bacon butty?:mrpig:

My slow start has indeed materialised.
Not due to a hangover, just that it's chucking it down outside.
And I was hoping to cycle to Cambridge too...
