I got wet today.

Again.

Still, we had fun watching the big squashing machine at the tip, the one with the big spiky roller on the end of a long arm.

:cuppa:?

Arch, I sometimes wonder how you cope with such excitement.^_^

Amongst the books I was cataloguing today was: SpongeBob Squarepants Annual 2007, a A-Z Streetfinder map, so old that the M25 does not appear on it, just the A25, a Green Living Guide, and a book about Technical Drawing, probably published circa 1970.

Isn't life predictable? At the time I should have been unlocking the bike to head out on the pub ride, I was instead curling up on the sofa with a fresh :cuppa:. I'd just made myself comfortable when the :rain: stopped and the :sun: came out. And stayed out. Oops. Oh well, to make up for it, I wallowed in the bath for an hour and half.

Did you wash your feet?:giggle:

One side of the tractor's bonnet was at slightly the wrong angle. One of the mitred joints wasn't quite right so I decided to hand saw it apart, with a Japanese Hassunme saw, and then plane and glue it again at the right angle.
Hopefully it will be ok when I uncramp it tomorrow.
I have also decided to make the 'radiator grille' panel in oak too so I got on with that.
Just enjoying a :cuppa: and some shredded wheat.

Oh, am I the last one up? A somewhat damp WNRttP, punctuated by a bit of cyclocross to avoid a 100 yard puddle. Concluded with a downhill sprint, but I was severely outclassed on my descending skills a bit nervous on wet slicks to win the pub sprint.

I just managed to get in before the rain started again, got soaked enough going to work this afternoon :rain:
No sign of it drying up any time soon up here :surrender:
