Fair enough ..................... if you ever run out of superhuman tasks to complete you can always pop over here and put me in a kitchen, I am in no rush it has been waiting to be done for 17 years already.
That's a possibility, have to see when I am allowed to 'work' though.
It is frustrating that I still have two months of Occupational Therapy to do at the Arts on Prescription place and a psychology referral to get through before I can be assessed for being signed off sick leave.
However, I am also aware of moments of anxiety and panic attacks still occurring, now that they are not the 'norm' in my life, so I can see that in reality I am still ill.

Why do you need NT's help to get you into the kitchen?

Well, how do I explain this. A kitchen, that is the room with the oven and the sink in it, and I am guessing here, a back door, oh and possibly a refridgerator. Does that help to get you into the kitchen?

Ooh, nom nom.

Lovely pub ride last night. Didn't need my Hope coming home, just the smaller light. I love this time of year. Not today though. No :sun: just lots of humidity. Suspect we've got a storm coming. Probably just as I'm :bicycle: into town this afternoon. :rain:

The nice man from Ocado has just delivered my order, which includes ....... err hang on........well I thought it included a small packet of Tyrrells crisps.
Maybe the butler has put them away for you  in future place all tempting goodies in Jo's cleaning cupboard, should be safe in there
