It's not very often that Phil says something sensible, but in this case.....


My super tanned legs will be out later, OK when I say tanned they are probably one shade darker than the average fridge freezer, but in my defence we only have 2 weeks of proper sun up here each year

I am outside in my normal shorts flashing my semi-tanned legs washing the car (not in my cycling shorts that would be a bit weird) then I plan to head for the hills later.

I've been sat in the garden but it got too warm, come back in to watch a bit of the cycling, then off myself later for a quick very slow ride on the trail

Went round to a customers yesterday to pickup a laptop for repair, the door opens and I am greeted by a nice young lady in a bikini, you have to love this weather
I am wating for it to cool down a bit before venturing out for a ride, I washed the car earlier and it is scorching hot outside
