It's looking a bit grim out there :rain:

Coffee and some porridge-a-like stuff for brekkie., I doubt anyone else is up so I'll not put the kettle back on just yet.

Yay!! for baking :biggrin:
Last night I made some smoked salmon pate.
Take one pack of Tesco Value smoked salmon (200g), a tub of half-fat creme fraiche (300 ml), a squirt of lemon and a good load of black pepper. Put it all in the blender. Blend. Add toast.
The cheap smoked salmon is all uneven slices and such, but since it's being blended that hardly matters...
