I slept badly, woke up at 7, had , then fell asleep again until lunchtime

Now I have finished eating I can speak without my mouth being full!

I have decaff Earl Grey.

I am definitely sleeping better now I am in my own bed and getting up at a sensible time in the morning.

I am watching HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy (2005 version) as I just happened to find it when I was channel surfing I have seen the second half already but not the first half.

I tried to watch the the Olimpicks but I got bored

I will probably try to catch the Cycling Road Racing and the Track Cycling whenever that is on but otherwise I am not that fussed.
