I got a phone call from my dad on saturday, he had half a chocolate cake left someone had given him for his birthday and it was very rich chocolate and could I pop round and help him eat it.

Of course I protested and said no I couldnt possibly eat it all ............. ...........

Got a Physiotherapy appointment for tomorrow morning.

I had a sit in the Ratrike earlier and did a bit of backwards pedaling while wearing the boot, just to see if it would work. I then had a look at the Emmille and wondered about setting that up with the trainer to get some attempt at riding in.
