NT really does make nice bread.

Although I must ask him what the extra chewy bit was...

Anyway, he's certainly nailed the technique.

Evening all!

Today was bit rodenty. When I got to work, on the ground outside the building was a very small rat, neatly opened up and and insides out. I think a local cat brought it for us. And then I found a rather dessicated mouse in a recycling box.

Time for :cuppa: soon, once NT has finished his physio exercises.

I'd have said that York was drier but not recently perhaps......what's the :cuppa: like in York? Do people drink Yorkshire tea?

Some do yes, but they also drink all the other brands. I get to see all the cardboard boxes it comes in!

All tea is good. :smile:

York is drier I think, due to the Pennine rain shadow - although the city has a bit of a micro-climate of it's own.

Sounds like Speicher has been eating out again, no wonder she didnt get much gardening done:biggrin:
