Now you've made me feel hungry again......you've got to stop this. The trouble is we've no cake, no doughnuts, no biskits......more toast needed. Is it lunch time yet?

No, it is not even elevenses time yet.

Time for me to go and look busy doing something.

She's the team doctor.....

Redgrave vs Fabian.....now there's a choice
 Redgrave or Fabian, Fabian or Redgrave.

Redgrave lives in this country, and I can get to Oxford/Windsor by train.
Fabian lives in Switzerland.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:

They are both married.
Fabian is twenty years younger than Redgrave, on the other hand they are both younger than me.

This decision could take some time.

I don't know how many miles we did today, but NT walked all of them (except for the bit on the tram and the free joyride on a Routemaster bus). He hurts quite a bit now, and I'm very proud of him!

We're having a fortifying :cuppa: before tackling the stairs again for dinner.

I sat in the driver's seat of two different buses, and waggled the wheel and pretended to be Cliff Richard. So wonderfully simple. One dial. one big switch for the indicators, gear lever handbrake and pedals. Wish I could have had a go driving them!

We love Routemasters.

 well done NT, that's very good progress.....certainly worth some chocolate as a reward.

We stopped at the newsagents on the way up from the tram, to get a couple of tins of lemonade (to make a shandy). I added a small bag of Malteasers, and we sat on the bench outside the shop, topping up our calories. After all, it was hours since we'd had :cuppa: and cake at the museum.

In other news, I've just had pigs' trotters for the first time! :hungry:

We did have bacon sandwiches for breakfast... And then just coffee mid morning, no cake. Only a sandwich for lunch, and then a cupcake with tea...

We're promised a mixed grill for dinner tomorrow evening, so that will equate to about half a pig each I reckon... ;):hungry:

At the Museum Arch tried on a couple of buses for size.

And very nice she looks in them too!

Then we went into the Museum proper and found they had the tea machine running, so I took some video with an explanation of its basic workings.

I am now going to rest and relax in the bath with a shandy.

Hmmm. Does my bum look big in this bus?

Great fun sitting in those cabs. I wiggled the wheel like I was a five year old pretending to drive!^_^

And I could almost imagine driving one, I've driven something that long before, just never a double decker.

Right, time to make a couple of shandies...
