Er........19'C something:blush:
If it was as high as 9C here, and sunny, I think most would be happy.

What do you wear over there then, given you are not cross dressing? I imagine that you are probably wearing dark trousers and a light coloured short sleeve shirt, maybe with sandals? Surely you are not wearing lycra in some random team colours!

Poor Arch, I hope the rest of the week is better.

I found out that carrying a very heavy Abus Granite D lock, to my hospital physio gym session to lock up my bike was a stupid idea if I don't take the key with me!
Fortunately I had a cheap combination lock as well so I had to trust that Emily, my hack bike, was sufficiently unattractive to not get stolen.

The session was hard work.
I did get my leg strength tested though and my left leg was around 35% weaker then my right and had 28% less stamina. Both were half the strength and 3/4 of the stamina expected for my age and weight apparently but the physio said to ignore that as she has never seen any one get close to the expected levels. Maybe that comes from testing injured people?

Ah well, at least carrying that lock will have been an extra workout....;)

I reckon half strength is pretty good, considering you were only on crutches a few weeks back.:hugs:
