When...someone sees the state of her with all that soot, you're dead meat on a hook, Arch!!

I'll have a Tea, I'm currently rattling with antibiotics and feeling generally under the weather.
Glad to be on the mend though.

Morning! Glorious morning out there. The sun shines, the breeze blows. It's looking distinctly ealry autumn out there - an ideal time of year for a long walk.

Or in my case, the rain fell, the wind blew. Sun came out mid morning, but a brief shower got me wet all over again as I was on top of the paper skip.

And this afternoon we went out checking addresses for the new rounds (central York is crammed with potential flats over shops, etc, and we need to know which are actually residential and occupied). And a bird pooed on my head.

I'm having some tea now.

*passes Arch some medicated shampoo using Hazmat gloves*

When I was a much younger Time Lord, I was at Conwy Castle, standing on a tower and looking windswept, as you do, and a passing seagull unloaded. All over me. Knees to top of me head, I was covered.
My parents (the fiends) fell about, which annoyed a 7-year-old me intensely, but I'd do the same now.
A few years later, I was maybe 14 or so, I was in Conwy again. It happened again.
There's a North Wales seagull with incredible aiming skills, and it knows me.
I avoid Conwy these days.

No Tea today?

I had a couple of cups at work while washing boxes, so didn't fancy one when I got in, which is lucky because I'm out of milk and forget to get any on the way home. Out again in a bit to deliver recycling bags.
