Snow put a stop to the visit, and I have been good and only eaten half of the choccy log

Morning all.
Just working my way through a pint of Earl Grey after replying to an email from my half brother in Australia.
Reading my email through I realised that the saying 'All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy!' is definately applying at the moment. It is something I am going to have to fix again.

With all this snow I am feeling a real lazy arse with no cycling, football has been cancelled today.. my little son has more snot coming out from him then Niagra Falls.... oh well.. might as well clean the bike..

I'm not sure very much snot does come out of the Niagra Falls, isn't it all water?
I've had a lazy start, a lie in with breakfast and The Archers Omnibus, then got up and made Christmas cards, then nipped out for some groceries. Sainsburys had syrup sponge puddings reduced, so I got a pack of two for myself, and two more packs to take to work and share with my colleagues tomorrow... I've just had a bowl of tomato soup, and now I'm going to make some tea.
Going round Sainsburys, I felt the need to let my body tell me what to buy, apart from the sensible stuff on the list. I do that sometimes, I reckon your body knows when you're short of something. Anyway, my body told me I needed vitamins and comfort, so I added a carton of smoothie and a bar of chocolate to the basket!
Tea?
I took that approach on tour. I found I was craving sweet food much more than I normally do. Luckily I was cycling off all the cake and chocolate
