I hope Arch does not read that, or I will be "wearing" a cup of tea. ;)

Let there be joy unconfined, tea and cake! I've won £25 on the premium bonds! :hyper:

Only the second time in about 25 years of ownership. I only have £100 worth, so it's not surprising really.

Still, if my normal behaviour when presented with a windfall or bonus or birthday money is anything to go by, I'll spend about £75 on the strength of it!

Anyway, here are some top quality doughnuts, have I got the right day?

Here in Worcestershire, Wednesday is definitely doughnut day! I have already eaten today's consignment, but I am sure I could try another one, purely for quality testing of course. Potsy's doughnut will have gone soft by the time he finishes work, so I could have his, couldn't I?

Congratulations arch, ooh what to spend it on.
I am having a wagon wheel Wednesday, so speicher can have my doughnut.

So far, I'm thinking, a Hope Vision light, and as Mum is coming up for a day in a couple of weeks, a nice lunch. That probably adds up to about £80 already!

I can't decide what to have for dinner. Curry, or pasta or risotto. Prawns, or bacon.

I'll go and chop an onion, and take it from there...

You take your onions from there to where ----- exactly? I assume you like a well travelled onion then?

Congrats on the £25. Now you really should invest it in a quality investment as provided by so many of our esteemed banking organisations.

On second thoughts Arch - spent it now

I went for bacon and pasta (and veg and pesto) in the end.

I nearly always start with an onion, and a pan of water on to boil, and then decide what to boil in it, and fry up with the onion...

No real doughnuts here, but I've had a chocolate suggestive biscuit.

I has had a nice healthy salad *tries not to think about blue cheese dressing*
And some Carrot + Coriander soup *ignores croutons and cheese bobbing about in soup*
With some nice healthy fruit juice. Grape juice, in fact. Ruddy yeast had got at it though
The choux bun was less good though. Except it was really very good, but you know what I mean.

The choux bun, is that like a chocolate eclair? or more posh? rather like sticky toffee brioche?

I thought your Wednesdays involved a short ride and a long drink somewhere.

It's a bit chilly for the WNRttP as yet. I got put off after doing 17 snowy miles on the Brompton before Christmas :cold:
Choux buns are like a round eclair, or the Mother of All Profiteroles.
