Ah well if you lot are off to the theatre I'll off to the wildlife talk. Arctic Birds and flowers I shall be expert on for about 5 mins after the end of the talk.

I'll just drink up my Tea then.

Before I go - sorry to hear the finger is still being a problem Speicher. And yes I do wonder why Hospitals are so hot. The one I went to when Mrs 26x25 had her op was, however, maintained at a very sensible Temperature. Write to Admin (the Hospital one) and explain how they could save Mega Bucks on the budget each year and thus treat so many more deserving patients.

CU All Soon. Enjoy the Play

I think on the subject of Men and Chocolate, and how you like them, the oft said phrase, is "strong, dark and rich".
I agree that strong and sweet is better. The whipped cream being an optional extra. ;)

One out of three ain't bad I suppose

and I have whipped cream

Hot chocolate was on special offer again the other day so I bought a tub, got home and found the other 2 tubs I'd forgotten I still had from the last offer

It is just boring Cadbury's drinking chocolate from Tesco.

I like the good old cocoa approach- I'm intolerant to lactose (gives me mild breathing issues and tummy troubles at times) and even though I love a milky chocolate- a passable alternative is to have a couple of spoons of cocoa with some dark sugar and hot chocolate..nowhere near as bad as a traditional hot chocolate.

How's it all going? 100miler- good for you- I can only dream of those distances at the moment - think I still have it in me; it's just the lack of motivation and the mood stuff effecting it at the moment. It's really crap that I can't even get the motivation to cycle down the road -only seem to make it out if someone is meeting me (that's poor isn't it?!) - however, going to sleep in tomorrow and ride to my hospital appointment - if I allow myself less time then I can't bus it and it saves me on the bus fare.
