It is possible to eat pancakes on any day of the year. I have carried out extensive practical research on this topic.

I nearly needed a cold shower after watching the divers. I never knew that anyone made, or could fit into, or even wear such teeny weeny  swimming trunks.

Photos of Ratrike.

This is the tube behind the seat. It is flattened at the bottom end and bolted to the frame. I invested an M6 clinchnut to have a threaded hole in the frame. The top end is fixed to the original mudguard bracket with another investmetn, a stainless steel zip tie.

This is the side view of the chrome extension with the lights on complete with coat hook!

And the front view.

Here is one of the front mudguards being formed on the front tyre. It is just two bits glued together and held with a luggage strap. The spring back should give it a bit of clearance.

Cool! Every trike should have a coat hook!

Blimey, it was hard work coming in today. Nearly blown to a complete standstill at one point by a head on gust.

I bet it's turned round by hometime.....

:hello: Lovely and sunny here, but that wind is a bitch! I have 10 miles straight into it to look forward to after a hard shift at the grind stone.
I have forgotten to bring any milk in as well, so can't even have a cup o tea, am making do with instant lemon tea and cappuccinos.

No!

I have decided to start a new thread, possibly later today, as I think it will be very punny.

So if you think you can guess, just join in with the puns, instead please.

That's punny, not puny, nothing puny about these sportsmen.

OK Arch, race ya!
Ratrike vs Catrike!

Ok!

What sort of distance - 50 miles, 60? ;)

Neat mudguards anyway! A little rough and ready, but that's the KMX style really, they aren't a machine to be prissy about. If they work, that's what matters. So are you hoping for some rain to go out in?:rain:

I'm quite sleepy now, I've been out catching up with an old friend, and after a pint and a half and a pie and mash, I'm ready for bed... :tired:
