hmmm a drop of earl and lemon......refreshing

Earl and lemon? That sounds like the basis for a Regency scandal!

Which reminds me of a thread I was going to post...

Just having a mug of good old PG myself, had a bought sandwich for lunch, so I'm thirsty - there must be a fair amount of salt in them.

Any tea in the pot for me? Just taking advantage of wifi on the train back from London. I've had a lovely time lunching and catching up with my sister.

<pours tea, taking care not to spill any as we lurch over the points>

Is that the sister with the new baby? I was telling my sister how I put on weight visiting her and she said it was because I was being an honorary yummy mummy.

Yep, sister with the baby. I had to go to London for a conference yesterday so took the chance to see them again. We did walk round the park first but didn't exactly burn off our lunch:blush:.

Morning all. Grey in York-ish, too, but eerily warm. Not pleasantly so. Sort of... lukewarm.

Mrs Uncle Phil's waiting for the courier today who's going to take the "vicar's" Moulton to Bristol to be re-painted. I'll be Moulton-mobile again in a couple of weeks. But no company on the ride to work today because she's waiting in for the courier...

Ooh, what colour is it going to be? (Sorry, that seems a very girly question to ask:blush:).

Not at all. It's been pre-occupying me for some time.

After careful consideration, it's going to be the same colour as the one that was flattened, a sort greeny-bluey Bugatti blue. Or as close as Argos Cycles can get to it.

I had almost decided to do this when Velocidad suggested it with no prompting on Sunday. That clinched it.
