I'm feeling a little better today. Room not spinning around so much.
However, my tea has gone cold so I will have to microwave it.

Why is it that tepid black coffee is still drinkable but tepid black tea is disgusting?

It'll be something to do with chemicals, it always is....

Glad you're feeling a bit better. :hugs:

I just went to fetch sandwiches and cake for us in the office for lunch, and the sandwich shop man gave me the two bits of cake for free, for being "a lovely lady".

It's almost worth the time he stroked my hand while giving me my change....

Tea? Microwaved or otherwise?

Have you got Labyrinthitis or something similar, or Benign Paroximal Positional Vertigo?

I know three people who have had this sort of Vertigo in recent weeks.

I hope not.
The GP tested to see if I could follow his moving finger with my both eyes and that seemed ok.
I am one of those people who can get motion sickness really easily though so maybe there is something slight in the background that makes me more suseptable.
I do sometimes get the sensation of the world 'decending and shrinking' away from me, just like the Dolly Zoom effect, when I am getting tired. Maybe I should mention that to my GP.

If I am somewhere busy, with lots of people rushing about, and then I constantly have to change direction, like in a busy brightly lit large noisy supermarket, I sometimes ended up feeling very disorientated. Fortunately I can mostly avoid those situations.

We live in a very busy world, with lots of things going on, being bombarded with lots of information, (half of which we may not need) and every seemingly needs to be done in a rush.

Night Train I prescribe for you some hugs :hugs: :hugs: , a warm drink and some rest. Hope you continue to feel better.

I'm watching 'Ride of my life' recorded from BBC4.

I will have to move two of these this weekend.

I have one on my drive and one on my trailer and I have a delivery of a 1 ton bag of sand coming on Tuesday and they will be in the way. I also want to try and pick up another one or two on Monday.

I printed out a 114 page undergrad engineering book on automotive chassis design today. It is now stapled and folded into a readable A5 booklet.

Thats it, I'm shattered.
Time for...
