My neighbour opposite has removed his conservatory to make way for an extension to the dining room and kitchen. I will have two or three weeks of assessing the skills of delivery wagons etc.

Does anyone know where I can drive a Tank for a couple of hours, or a Fire Tender??

The other way is to join a military vehicle club and you might get to play with other member's tanks and army trucks off road, and also dress up in uniforms and go to shows and rallies.

I think I am too old to join the Fire Brigade. I used to go swimming at the Fire Brigade College, in Moreton-in-Marsh. Firemen look good in their uniforms, and even better in their swimsuits.

Military vehicle Club eh? There is one of those Army Surplus Stores not a million miles from here.

Or I could go back to Severn Valley Railway as a member of their Platform Staff.

Arch I think it might contravene Heath and Safety if they tied me to the front of the vehicle. I am also marginally heavier than a large teddy bear.
