Hedgehogs hibernate for the winter. The plans I have seen on the internet for a hedgehog house, show closed sides and a sort of tunnel entrance. A bit like an igloo, but square and not made of snow.

I shall save up odd bits of wood for the sides. How tall are hedgehogs?

Gardening has been postponed due to rain!

A Pigloo. For hedgepigs.

I'm sorry, my straight side seems to have taken itself off out for a bit  I think I'd better have some tea and re-calibrate myself, so to speak.

While you're straightening yourself out, could you have a look at my bar ends? I've just put them on and they feel wonky ... but I've got wonky eyes* so can't line them up properly. (*Well, astigmatism but wonky eyes is easier to type.)

I'd be a great help. I have astigmatism in one eye, and a massive blind spot in the other!!!
I'd say one of them is too low, so raise it up a bit.
Does that help?

Jo, check which bar end feels like it's the right one... and then adjust the left one. but this of course depends on whether you're looking from the front or from the saddle, so the right one might be wrong one and the left one might be right even if it's wrong.

Am I helping? Have this cup of tea and check them in the morning.

I think you have confuzzled yourself there, Archie.

The left one could be the right one, and the right one is the wrong one. That is what you think I mean. ;)

By the time Jo checks on them in the morning, it will have dawned on her.
