3 days of :mrpig: I think I'm finally fed up of chocolate.
Must get out on the bike tomorrow to burn a tiny bit of it off, and give myself a slight chance of getting to 5200 miles.
Have had to lounge about in my pj's as my jeans are far too tight now

Tea anyone? :cuppa:

Yes please.

I'm trying to avoid looking at the tin of biscuits beside me...

I have had a headache for most of the time for the last few days. I have been gradually changing to decaffinated coffee. Could I be having caffeine withdrawal symptoms? Will consuming biskits help with the headache? I know that I should not take any Ibuprofen on a empty tummy.

I have heard that coming off caffeine can give you a headache - I remember someone saying that if you take a painkiller with a cup of tea, it may well be the tea that actually cures the headache, if it's just a sympton of caffeine withdrawal.

I'd give the biskits a try anyway. Always worth a try.

I am sure that custard creams are a good remedy for headaches. Might have to make do with dark choc brazils instead. I had not bothered about changing to defaff decaff coffee until I learnt about decaffinating coffee without using chemicals. So I am trying Clipper defaff coffee. My pingers won't type decaff very easily, perhaps deffaff is bettereer.

I have consumed the equivalent of Jo's body weight in biscuits recently and have no headachey symptoms, so it must help :giggle:
Don't think ibuprofen work for headaches though, paracetamol maybe?

Sorry to hear of your loss of appetite, Jo

For some reason I can't remember, I once gave up tea (), and experienced a horrid, niggly headache for about 4 days. Also felt very tired for about a week.

Mind you, there are also a lot of headachey, not-quite-a-lurgy lurgies doing the rounds at the moment. A biskit might help.
