The scales might not arrive until Wednesday. I have to allow two extra days for the pony and trap to get here from the sorting office.
Plenty of time to reinforce the floor then :whistle:

:sun: but :cold: here as well, going to take the dog n bike the long way round to the village later on. I think cycling will be safer than walking - by the time I get milk, there won't be room for much else in my rack pack. Well, maybe some crumpets. :mrpig:

I've just spotted the first daffodil spikes pushing through the grass. It might be <whisper it:secret:> nearly spring....

We've had daffs and other plants growing quite merrily for a while now, including buds on the trees and the grass! Then we had a -5 frost... :unsure:

I've just exhausted myself by doing my grocery shop online. :heat: Anyone for a recovery :cuppa:?
