Cheers Potsy, apparently the last chap I was refered to was an anomoly from the job centre that slipped through the net. I was waiting for a psychotherapist and the assumption was that the J.C. chap was him so my existing therapist ended his sessions with me. I am still waiting for the psychotherapist referal to happen and so in the meantime I am without direct medical support.
The GP has changed the times I take my migraine meds for the time being to see if it affects the sleep patterns, due to possible long term side effects, but still doesn't want to do anything else due to potential side effects masking my symptoms.

Not really much of an outcome but not much I can do about that for now.

I emailed some friends this morning who live about thirty miles away, asking if they knew of any coffee shops in their area as I'm planning a ride in the spring to a castle a few towns further on from them, where we'll be having a picnic. Both emailed me back with suggestions of coffee shops in the same town as the castle. I've re-read my email. The concept of going for a circular and lengthyish bike ride rather than a 2 minute walk was perfectly clear.

Well, I've eaten now, and feel almost human. Our day didn't get off to a promising start thanks to the electric vehicle engineer turning up an hour later than arranged, and then taking an hour longer than estimated to do the brake replacement we needed, by which time we were considerably behind, and Beryl had quietly drained away a large lump of her overnight charge, so that when we did make it to the round, we could only do one street before we had to run (well, crawl) for home to charge again....

Somehow, we pulled it all back in the afternoon...

And then I did my cleaning job.

I need more tea!
