I have now got a prepared bike with nowhere to go on it, would be rude not to nip out for a couple of hours in the morning, maybe a Tatton park run is in order.
Need to keep pedaling or the fat bottomed one will be well ahead of me on MCL, can't be having that

Well its a good job colinj cancelled that ride today otherwise potsy and Co would need anchors to keep them on the ground.

You know, it is even windier here than testarday, XC weather is showing it as a 32mph
Not a day for cycling, will just have to let Jo get a bit of a lead (for now)
Tea and a bowl of Special K for brekkie, the scales are not agreeable today, must try harder
