I am trying to get out on my bike at least 5 times a week this year even if its just a few miles ............. I have done 14 rides so far this month ............. last year I got loads of rides in up until the end of May, then I got side tracked by other stuff so as a result i am just about starting to get my climbing legs back so I hope I dont bugger it up again this year.

Evening all.
I've had a busy day, back and forth to St Nicks (I wasn't even at work today!), then I dropped into see Spandex, who kindly greased my brakes for me...
Yes really. It's a Shimano roller brake and apparently needs greasing internally every 6 months. I've had the bike about 5 years, and never done it. No wonder it was making a nasty noise!

In my new glasses I appear to have gone a bit fuzzy. 
Also I am sure I chose some darkish reddy ones, rather than
pink.
